Swift & Change Able

Swift & Change Able is produced and directed by Charles Barone aka bigswifty@swiftandchangeable.org. Barone is Director of Federal Policy at Democrats for Education Reform, prior to which he was an independent consultant on education policy whose clients included Education Trust, the Citizens’ Commission on Civil Rights, and the National Academy of Sciences. From 2001-2003, he was Democratic Deputy Staff Director for the House Education and Labor Committee under Congressman George Miller, prior to which he served as Miller’s Legislative Director from 1997-2000. He first came to Capitol Hill as a Congressional Fellow in 1993 and subsequently became Chief Education Advisor to Senator Paul Simon. Before coming to Washington, Barone was a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Psychology at Yale University.

Mark Wolfe, Assistant Director and Webmaster, is a musician and multi-media producer living in West Chester, PA. His website http://www.LiveAtTheSpace.com is a web server home to numerous non-profit entities including musicians, artists, educators and socially conscious individuals.

Andrew Hart, Art Director and Cartoonist, is a freelance artist, living and working in Lansdowne, PA.
